Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects recipients, customers, providers, and the ROB service from harmful or unlawful communication activity.
1. Lawful and consent-based use
You may use ROB only for lawful communication and must obtain, record, and honor any consent required for the channel, recipient, location, and message purpose.
You must provide accurate sender information and a functional way to stop nonessential messages where required.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use ROB for fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, threats, exploitation, malware, unlawful discrimination, or content that violates another party’s rights.
Do not send unsolicited bulk communication, manipulate identifiers, evade filters, or use purchased or scraped contact lists without lawful permission.
3. Platform protection
Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, share credentials, or use the service to attack another system.
Automated use must follow documented interfaces, rate limits, and security requirements.
4. High-risk use
Do not rely on ROB as the sole path for emergency services, life-safety alerts, or other use where delayed or failed delivery could cause serious harm unless a written agreement expressly supports that use.
Regulated or sensitive workflows may require additional review and controls before activation.
5. Enforcement
ROB may investigate suspected violations, limit traffic, require remediation, suspend access, preserve evidence, or report unlawful conduct where appropriate.
We consider severity, intent, recurrence, recipient impact, and cooperation when deciding a response.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse with the sender, time, channel, message context, and any request identifier available. Do not include passwords or API secrets.
Abuse reports may be sent to the contact address shown on this page.
