These terms govern access to ROB websites, accounts, cloud communication services, and related technical support provided by ROBERT TIPTON LLC.
1. Agreement and account authority
By using ROB, you agree to these terms and represent that you have authority to act for the account or organization you register.
You are responsible for accurate registration details, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account.
2. Service scope
ROB may provide platform access, communication routing, integration support, operational visibility, and related professional services. Specific commitments are defined in an applicable order, statement of work, or service agreement.
Public website descriptions are informational and do not create uptime, response-time, volume, or channel-availability guarantees.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide lawful message content, maintain required recipient consent, honor opt-out requests, and use accurate sender identity.
You must not disclose credentials through consultation or support forms and must promptly report suspected unauthorized account activity.
4. Availability and changes
ROB may update interfaces, channels, limits, and operating controls to maintain security, reliability, or legal compliance. Material changes affecting contracted services will follow the applicable agreement.
Maintenance, provider disruption, network conditions, force majeure, and customer systems may affect delivery.
5. Fees, suspension, and termination
Fees and payment terms are stated in the applicable commercial agreement. ROB may suspend access for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or nonpayment where permitted.
Upon termination, account access may end and data will be handled according to the agreement and Privacy Policy.
6. Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as stated in the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
